How does the group or organization benefit from my support?

Every week you play, a portion of your ticket purchase goes directly to the group you choose to support. So they benefit every week you play. You do not have to win for your group to benefit from your contributions.

How do I change the organization I support?

You can change the organization you support every time you purchase a ticket. The dropdown menu will appear on the right hand side of your screen after the ticket purchase page is complete.

How do I change the credit card on my account?

To change your credit card information, click the ‘Subscription Mgmt’ tab at the top of the page. Here you will be redirected to the Tap5050 website. Login with your account information and click the ‘Payment Methods’ tab. Here you will be able to update or change your credit card. You will also be able to change additional information such as email, address, or even your subscription.

Where is my receipt?

Every time you purchase tickets in our raffle you will receive a receipt that will be sent to your email provided. The receipt will include various details such as ticket numbers, date & time of transaction, time of draw, and a confirmation number. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you did not receive your tickets by email or input the wrong email you can go to the ‘Subscription Mgmt’ tab and edit your email.

What does buying a subscription do?

We have added the subscription feature to allow for easy access into every draw. The subscription feature will automatically charge your card at the beginning of each draw week ensuring you never miss a draw. You can unsubscribe from this feature at any time by going to the ‘Subscription Mgmt’ tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, click the ‘Subscription Mgmt’ tab in the navigation menu above. Log into your Tap5050 account using the information you provided. Once logged in, you will be able to cancel or change your subscription.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, visit the Tap5050 website (where you go to buy tickets). On the login page click ‘Forgot Your Password’, and enter your email. You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to change your password.

I did not have the option to subscribe. Why?

Once you go through with your purchase and your purchase is confirmed you should have the option to subscribe to the Chase the ace draw. If you did not have the subscription screen pop-up, it means the Tap5050 software is unable to confirm your postal code or location. If you receive a postal code verification screen when buying tickets, the subscription feature will not pop-up. Make sure to turn on location services so that the software can make sure you are a resident of PEI. Only residents of Prince Edward Island are able to purchase tickets in this raffle.
