DRAWINGS

Ticket purchasers do not have to be present to win.

Drawings will be held at Generation XX office (328 Notre Dame Street, Summerside, PEI, C1N 1S5 ) and will be live streamed on Generation XX Facebook Page

All drawings will be held under the supervision of the Chase the Ace officials or designee.

The weekly ticket winner picks from a standard deck of 52 cards, no jokers. The official deck of cards will be handled by event organizers, event workers and staff- the Ace of Spades will be confirmed to be in the deck each week and displayed live stream

If a ticket is drawn and the ticket holder can not be reached to select a card then a card will be selected by proxy. The winning weekly ticket holder is still guaranteed the WEEKLY prize if the Ace is not chosen..

If the weekly ticket winner does not pick the Ace of Spades, the card selected is destroyed and the 30% will be added to next week’s Chase the Ace Jackpot (the deck of cards will be secured in the interim)

Weekly ticket drawings will take place at approximately 4:00pm local PEI time every Wednesday.

A single ticket number will be randomly selected by a certified, lab tested Random Number Generator from all tickets sold during the week.

This process continues weekly until the Ace of Spades is drawn. Once the Ace of spades is drawn, a new draw cycle begins with a new license and a new deck of cards. A new license must be issued.

If a draw is cancelled, a notice will be posted on the Caps Care Foundation website (www.peiraffles.com) , on Gen XX Facebook page, in house, etc advising of the re-scheduled date.

If the licensee is closed due to weather conditions or unexpected facility problems, the draw will be held the following week at the same time.

If an official Holiday falls on the draw day and the licensee is closed, the draw will take place the following week, at the scheduled time.
